James turned 3

Another year has gone by and James is quickly becoming a little boy. He loves to craft, color, play house, roll around in the dirt, ride his tricycle, jump, climb, rough Madison up, push around his sister's stroller.... you name it, this kid does it.

I'm glad I'm still young to be able to roll around and run with him. He is very active - it's awesome.

James is doing well in preschool - he started in November. At first he didn't like getting on the bus. Now he loves it. I got to be home with them one Friday and almost cried when the bus drove off with him. It made me so sad to know he is growing up.

He loves to play with Madison and sometimes when he realizes she isn't around he freaks out for a second and will scream her name or go looking for her. They are so cute together. Sometimes I forget they are 22 months apart because at times it feels like they are only 12 months apart.

I think this really is the best age for me. I could be home and be happy not working. They keep me on my toes and it's so much fun to watch them learn.

I heard James count to ten all by himself last week. I feel like Madison is also growing up too fast. Now I'm getting sad when this is a happy post about James' birthday.

So HAPPY BIRTHDAY James!!! We are so proud of you and love you so much! You will always be my little baby boy!
