I couldn't help myself. He looks so funny with pigtails. But I just can't bring myself to chop off his hair because I love his bangs. They are the cutest.
James lets me play with his hair with no fights and he doesn't try to rip out the pigtails. That's part of the fun ;)
But you tell me... what should I do???

I can't tell you to cut it because I didn't cut Jaroms until he was 2 but if you're going to leave it long the pigtails have to go. I can't believe Mike let you do that...steve would kill me. On the other hand, you now know what your girls are going to look like and judging from that pic...they will definitely be cute!
You crack me up. I have a similar picture with Steven with lots of ponies in his hair. Love the monkey..really reminds me of Michael....It's awesome seeing James act and do some of the things Michael used to do...Watch out mothers out there....
I think you should just cut his hair and have a girl! Just don't have three girls in a row. It's a pain to do their hair EVERY day!
Yeah. He wears it a lot because he likes to snap the buckles together.
Oh, Bianca! I LOVE that you did this. I can't wait for Ben to wake up to see what he looks like in pig-tails...only I don't know if he'll sit still for me. I guess we'll see.
I say don't cut - just trim a bit and see what you think. He's so adorable.
Julie got a #3 buzz a couple of weeks ago. Do that, and they can be twins:)
She had this weird mo hawk thing going on, and I knew it would need to be cut sooner or later, so I chose sooner.
I'm with Sara - keep letting it grow - I love little boys with shaggy long hair cuts, you can just trim his bangs a little bit and still keep it all blended.

Hmph. Ben was so excited that I wanted to play with his hair, but once I got one in, he was not pleased. So, I hurried and got the other one in and I thought he would think it was SO FUNNY when I showed him in the mirror. Nope. Started crying and tearing them out. The big baby.
