I haven't hit the blog in the last couple of months like I normally would. I've been consumed with work and if I wasn't working, I was working out or doing something other important errand.
It just amazes me how much time we do on nothing. I think I spend and hour or more on my budget every week. That was a goal of mine that I've been working on for a very long time and I'm proud to say that I'm doing well with a budget... finally! It's made me more aware of the things I want vs. the things I need vs. the things I bought that were needless, throwaway, money pitt things.
Michael spent all weekend cleaning out the backyard. That was nice. We finally got rid of our Christmas tree from 2006. I can't wait until we can put grass out there and let James have free reign! I'm shooting for this spring but we'll see. Michael has been watching kitchen remodels and is pushing me towards that direction. I'm hoping that I can get both if we get another "stimulus" package.
On another note, Michael's parents were here last month. I love it when his parents come to visit because his dad always fixes up our house. Our framing on our garage door was all busted up so it wouldn't close or lock. So he framed up the door and now it shuts! I love Jim, he's so awesome! James is named after his grandpa btw. :)
Sorry this is a lame post. Oh, here's one. I just realized that I'm OFFICIALLY, OFFICIALLY done nursing. It's been 2 days and it's final. No more comfort helpings or snacks. I'm finito. I did try to give James a bottle two mornings ago when he was up at the crack of dawn but he was not having it. Formula is gross I don't disagree with that.
And one last thing. I'm addicted to Twilight. I'm off to get the last book right now. The first three I read in a matter of days. I already ruined the 4th book by looking at reviews so I know the whole story but still. I'm going to read it for myself but I already have a feeling I'll probably be dissapointed.
P.s. I guess this kind of follows the random blogging about nothing. Sorry, I just feel bad for not posting very much lately.

Yes, I have been very disappointed with you for not updating your blog lately but I will forgive you since you had important things to do like budgeting and exercising. Now don't disappoint us fans and keep busy with your blogs.
I loved the Twilight series! It's fantastic, the third book was my favorite! I can't believe all you do anyway, you must be wonder woman in disguise...
You still had that tree back there?! I remember it last year and being privately appalled. so funny.
Good job on the budget thing. We constantly have to watch our budget and stay on task. It can be a very hard thing to do. Glad you got that Christmas tree out of there. Do you just have dirt in the back?
