Muscle Head


I love this stuff. It's called Muscle Milk. Because I don't work out hard enough to get a full dose, I usually dilute it or drink half of the pre-made stuff. So delicious. Sometimes I use it as a substitute meal if I'm not able to eat dinner after I work out... like days I end up working out late at night (Like 7 or 8pm --- remember I'm an old hag. That's late for me!).
I wouldn't recommend drinking this all the time though. I am weary of meal replacements/body building supplements/etc/etc. I believe a balanced diet is key. Even if it's not super healthy, it's gotta have most of the pyramid. But on the days I work out pretty hard, it really helps to rebuild muscle and you really aren't sore the next day. I love that.
But then again most of you have good genes and stuff so you don't even have to worry about working out really hard... like so hard you think you're going to vomit or so hard your arms won't stop shaking. I love that sore. It's my kind of high.
But we were talking about you.... yeah you with good genes and can just diet or walk around the block and look fabulous. I hate you.

Yes, I secretly hate myself. (Do I need to post some belly pics - would that then prove how incredibly my stomach lookes like yeast roll dough?)

Hahahah! This whole post made me laugh! I always walk out of costco buying so much more than I had anticipated... but I am getting better :D

coupons, I have had similar experiences... it really makes you want to stop doing coupons, but "every little bit help", right? :D
