We started the weekend with the DR Howlin' Good Halloween night at the park. James was in his default Locomotive Engineer get-up and Madison was a D-d-d-d-inosaur (Rex from Toy Story).
We spend Saturday afternoon at the pumpkin patch (it's own post) and Saturday night at the ward Trunk or Treat.
My mom saved the day by helping me make James' last minute Woody costume. I know, I know. I've been planning it for months but when it came down to it, I couldn't find anything! But the hankerchief, hat, and belt. So I died a white shirt yellow, used permanent marker to make the red checkers, and my mom made the vest. She's pretty awesome. What you see is actually all permanent marker in black. The black stripes on the vest and the cow spots are marker!
Best Dino ever. Madison was a good sport and wore the hat some of the time. But it had a little squeeker on the end of it and when she would trip she would fall on her head and it would squeek.
He's a Rootin' Tootin' Cowboy in the Wild Wild West. Who is cell phone savy.
