After two weekends-ish of traveling, graduation ceremonies, and Disneyland, I'm feeling pretty heavy and tired. Fast food after fast food and junk food after junk food. It had been two weeks since I went for a walk; determined I went for a good 45 mins tonight and was tempted to break out in a run. But I didn't. Although, I wish now I did. I miss running. But it's probably better for this 5 month, 1 week, 2 day belly that I didn't.
It's weird being pregnant this time. Sometimes I forget that I'm actually pregnant until I wake up in the morning and look at myself in the mirror. Other times I can't help but feel I am because of my aching body, or the keen sense of smell I have.
So where was I going with this? Oh yeah. I really need to detox myself. I can't really think of any good things to do. I attempted Subway for lunch and got a $5 footlong tuna, in hopes of saving half. After scarfing the entire 12 inches down, I realized it wasn't my best plan. I need some ideas. I did only eat less than 1 1/2 slices of pizza for dinner with a rootbeer.
Tomorrow is grocery shopping day and the day to start fresh. I have a jug of green machine I was planning to start my day with tomorrow.... and that's all I got. Please help! I really need a cleanse --- something not too extreme and something not too long.

Happy, happy birthday Bianca dear, Happy days will come to you all year (except about a month after that new baby girl comes and has been up all night and you are so super tired it's not even funny. But we'll not dwell on that right now, it's you birthday!)

Happy Birthday! Just drink lots and lots of water... then you wont want the junk. Watermelon is good too!
