Three potato, four.
Five potato, six potato, seven potatoes more.
Eight potato, nine potato, ten potato.....
HOT POTATO!
But this isn't the potato I'm going to talk about. I'm talking about a furniture store called Potato Barn. Breanne was kind enough to tell me to look at this place since we are still searching for a dining table (I know, right? If my husband wasn't so metro we'd have one already. Anyway, another story for another day).
So I decided to swing by Potato Barn last week since it's close to my work on Higley and Williams-Field Rd. It's really a barn folks! I walked around the huge open floor. They have tables, chairs, sofas, wall decorations, table decorations, bookshelves, bookcases, desks.... and the best part of it all is that it kind of has an old world/eclectic feel. Kind of like Razzmatazz with a hint of Pottery Barn. Their furniture is very rich and rustic. A little country. I really liked it. But if you go this summer prepare yourselves. Be sure to wear your shorts and sandals because since it is in a barn, the only cooling is swamp cooling. The ducts don't cover the entire floor so there are spots where you will sweat. Not stroller friendly, since a lot of the furniture is really close together and there are some stairs.
The prices are really good and they have a lot of one-of-a-kind pieces. Other places I also want to check out that are similar are called Sweet Potatoes and Crowded House (apparently relatives of Potato Barn). Stay tuned for reviews!

Cool! I'm glad you liked it! Now I just need to check out my own recommendation - I had just been hearing so much about it from different people.
And so wait though - no kitchen table? Another day? Are you going to keep staking it out?
