I tried these for the first time Friday night. They were a big hit with myself, my brothers, and even Mike was a fan (which is unusual, since he is a meat and potatoes kind of guy - none of this winged bird, healthy nonsense).
Ingredients:
1 package Jennie-O ground turkey meat (1.25 lbs)
1 package whole wheat hamburger buns
1 toasted and grated slice of whole wheat bread or 1/8 cup bread crumbs
A wedge of onion (1/4) finely chopped
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 sm. clove garlic, finely shredded (I find it's easier than mincing or chopping)
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
A couple shakes of worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Mix crumbs, onion, garlic, salt, pepper in large bowl. Add turkey and worcestershire sauce. Mix. Add egg white last. Doesn't have to be well mixed, just enough to get meat to stick together. Makes 4 good sized patties. Make sure you don't make them too thick, otherwise they will burn before they cook all the way through.
Cook patties over medium heat on a skillet, turning only once. You have to be careful with cooking turkey, so check internal temperature with a meat thermometer. Should be at least 182degF.
--These turned out so tasty I didn't even put condiments on them, just lettuce, tomato, avocado, and swiss. Lucky for you, Mike liked them so much I made them for dinner again tonight and took a picture.
Let me know how you liked them.

Nice picture...it looks fancy schmancy! I'll have to try it!
Sounds very good and we will likely try it - at your house (how 'bout Tues., 6pm?)
....And, GOOD PICTURE! I thought you pulled that off photobucket or something. You should become a food photographer. Jana will take pics of my kids and you can take pics of my meals, k?
I thought I told you guys no more soda.
But Jana, this is the kind with real sugar - you know the ones from Mexico in the glass bottle at Costco?
Art said it was ok...
